General Terms

Pricing

Prices in ArkStore do not include value-added tax (VAT). VAT is added to the purchase total in the shopping cart with the exception of international commerce exempted from VAT.

NTI Finland reserves the right to modify the prices in ArkStore without notice.

Registration

Customers may register a user account to ArkStore. User account benefits include:

• Faster purchasing
• Invoicing option to solvent businesses
• View purchase history
• Instant access to NTI Finland products

Order & Delivery

Ordering

When you place an order in ArkStore, you accept any applicable license terms and conditions and end-user license agreements (EULA). Depending on the product or service, the EULA may be provided prior to or during use of the product or service.

Order Confirmation

When you make a purchase in ArkStore, you will receive an order confirmation to your e-mail address where you can review the purchased product(s) or service(s) and the purchase amount. If you have registered to ArkStore, you can review your orders in your account.

Delivery

Products are delivered by digital download or service access. The manufacturer will deliver instructions and, if applicable, serial numbers, product keys, or any other information required to access the product to the customer e-mail address provided in the purchase order. Most software products may also be delivered in a physical media (a flash drive) as an additional paid service.

Terms of Exchange, Return, and Cancellation

Consumers have the statutory right to exchange or return goods within 14 days of purchase. The items must be unused and unaltered to be valid for return. Provide the following information upon returning any goods:

• Order number, name, address, and phone number
• Bank account number
• Copy of the purchase confirmation

When cancelling a training service, the cancellation notice must be delivered a minimum seven (7) days before the training for a full refund. If the training is cancelled within two (2) to six (6) days prior, only half (50%) of the payment is refunded. If the training is cancelled one (1) day prior or without notice, there will be no refund.

NTI Finland reserves the right to change the timing or date of or cancel a training session. In such case the customer is entitled to join the next training session or request a refund. NTI Finland does not compensate any additional costs directly or indirectly resulting from the cancellation to the customer.

Payment

Direct Payment

Online purchases can be paid using the supported online banks or payment cards.

• Supported online banks: Nordea, OP, Danske Bank, Savings Bank, Ålandsbanken, Handelsbanken, Oma Savings Bank, POP Bank, S-Pankki, and Aktia
• Supported payment cards: Visa and Mastercard

Invoicing

Invoicing is available as a payment option to registered users from solvent businesses and organizations with financial statements registered in the Finnish Patent and Registration Office or provided to NTI Finland. Applicable users will find an additional payment option (Invoice / Payment Order) when signed in and placing orders in ArkStore. You may also request this payment option by contacting our sales department (myynti@arksystems.fi).

Payment term is 14 days net, rate of interest is 8%.

NTI Finland reserves the right to cancel the transaction if the buyer fails their payment obligation.

Payment Service Provider

Payment services and payment transfer services are provided by Paytrail Oyj (Business ID 2122839-7, henceforth "Paytrail"), an authorized payment institution, in co-operation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. In payment transactions, Paytrail will be listed as the creditor in bank statements and proofs of payment. Paytrail will forward payments to the vendor.
